Here are the types of foods we should be eating everyday to ensure we maintain
great skin:
Eat a wide variety of nutritious foods such as:
Plenty of vegetables, legumes and fruits
Plenty of cereals, preferably wholegrain
Only lean meat, and plenty of fish
Include some milk, yoghurts and some cheese
DRINK 2 litres of water each day ATLEAST. Water is important for absorbing the
nutrients in your food, and transporting those nutrients around your body. it
also flushes waste from your body.
Try to limit:
Saturated fats (butter, cream etc)
Low salt (we eat far too much salt)
Only 1 to 2 glasses of wine, every other day
Make sure your foods do not include added sugars and always try to go for
natural sugars.
