Placing your Order

Placing an order with Organic Factory Outlet is easy. We try and make it very simple for you to buy quickly and easily online., but you must register first. If you need more information, you may wish to contact us.

Product Packages

All prices on our website exclude freight and handling, then once you place your order frieght costs are added at the checkout stage. A fee of between $9.00 & $12.00 per order is all you pay for shipping in Australia - International orders are charged at Australia post rates plus a nominal handling charge

Add Items to your shopping cart

If you want to order an item from OFO, click the 'Buy Now' button, which will display the content of your shopping cart. You can then modify the quantity you wish to purchase and click the "Update Totals" button below the contents of your shopping cart contents.

Member Registration

You will need to enter your contact details including name, address, company (if applicable) and contact details. This will ensure we have your shipping details. If your shipping details are different from your billing details, be sure to enter these details correctly. If you don't enter the correct shipping details, the goods will be sent to the billing address. Be sure to read our terms and conditions for more information on returning goods.

Then click on the "Buy now" button

Payment Options: Direct Debit or Secure Credit Card

You then have to select the freight option and will be prompted to enter your billing details.

We will contact you for payment, you may choose to pay by credit card using PayPal, or you can pay by direct debit. We confirm shipment usually takes around 5 to 7 days.

Order Confirmation

Once you have made payment, you will get confirmation that your order is being shipped. You will see an order number and will be emailed a receipt of your order shortly thereafter.
